Return and Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we accept returns and exchanges that comply with our policy within 14 days of your order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
If you wish to cancel or return your order, kindly provide us with notice in writing, with your order number via email to email@example.com, and return the item(s) to us within the 14-day period.
Only items purchased through zuriandimani.com may be returned to our online store. Items purchased through any of our wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.
ZURI and IMANI products are handmade and fully inspected (fabric, apparel and fashion accessories) before being shipped. In the unlikely event that our product is defective, please notify ZURI and IMANI promptly and we will, replace or provide a full refund if the item is no longer in stock.
To prolong the life of the fabric used to make your apparel or accessories, kindly follow the care instructions on the label as we cannot be held liable for normal wear and tear.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
No refunds will be granted if:
- Product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- It is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process from the date we receive the item. We will refund the value of the item in your original form of payment; return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the item is defective. You will be notified via email once the refund has taken place.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank and your credit card company.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to:Zuri and Imani (Pty) Ltd
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. ZURI and IMANI will not refund international duties and taxes. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping unless a faulty or incorrect item has been sent out.
